BM - Business Manager
話說我們那個華頓商學院MBA畢業的行銷處處長,很厲害的把我們用"BM"來定位。
因為有別於產品處的PM,行銷單位不僅僅負責產品行銷,還要負起產品營運之年度預算與營收達成。
何謂BM? 就是Business Manager.
工作範圍與內容說明:
+ 週檢視產品之營收達成率與營運分析報告 (Budgeting, Targeting, and Business Analysis Management)
+ 產品品質標準訂定並追蹤各單位之執行狀況 (Quality of Product Management)
+ 訂定產品行銷策略 (Marketing Strategy)
+ 產品定價 (Pricing)
+ 產品行銷管理 (Marketing Management)-含廣告與促銷
+ 產品通路管理 (Channel Management)
+ 業務/銷售管理 (Sales Management)
